Beth is AMAZING!!! My home was nearing foreclosure and just when I was about to give up I reached out to Beth. I had so much going on in my life and she was more then patient. She was more the a realtor, she was a mediator and a support system . She never once made me feel ashamed of my situation I was in. She moved quick , speaking positive the whole time and got everything rolling. My house was shown the week before Christmas and we got a buyer immediately!! We closed on January 10th! If that’s not a miracle, I don’t know what is. Moral of the story is never give up when your about to lose your home. Just call Beth! She works miracles!!! Bethe and Kim’s team helped me to find a buyer quickly (pocket listing) and save days of agony of putting my East Bay condo on the market. These real estate agents know the market really well and can walk you through the pitfalls of local state and city laws (they explained to me the tax transfer rules) as well as new developments in Oakland. Interestingly, Bethe was the one who sold me this condo five years ago. Back then she was on the opposite side from me. The home buying process is so overwhelming, but the moment I met Kim, the pieces started falling into place—and the “hurdles” became opportunities to evaluate, renegotiate, and find a way forward. Kim was at the center of it all, talking and walking me through the possibilities. I ended up purchasing a fantastic, two-year-old property $30k+ below the list price in the Bay Area. Kim and her team are the best! Committed, patient, and knowledgeable. I both sold and bought with Kim, and really appreciated that she didn't rush me into a home. She gave her honest opinion about defects in the homes we saw, neighborhood potential, etc to make sure I got into the right home. Phenomenal! Kim handled our very complicated set of residential real estate transactions with skill, grace, serenity, and a great strategic mind.
